You sign off a realistic 3D render before anything is produced. What you approve is what arrives.

Brief
You send your logo, event date and rough quantity. That's the whole brief — we reply with an initial price range within 36 hours.
Free 3D design
Within 72 hours you receive the first 3D design of your medal. Revisions are free until it's right; design and approval usually take around 5 working days.
Approval & production
You approve the final design and pay the 50% deposit — production starts only after that.
Delivery
The finished medals arrive at your door. The balance is due before shipping.
