Swim meets end with wet hair, chlorine in the air and medals compared lane by lane on the pool deck.
Then the medal rides home in a kit bag next to a wet towel and ends up on the bedroom wall.
Swimming medals made for the pool deck

The podium medal
A swimmer mid-stroke, the gala name above, waves below. It gets its first photo while the hair is still wet.

Your club on the ribbon
The gala name and the club colours run the full length of the ribbon, so they show even when the medal is hidden in a hand.

A wave instead of a circle
The outline comes from the mould, so the medal can take the shape of a breaking wave.

Water in enamel
Two blues of enamel between raised wave lines. The polished lines catch the pool lights like ripples.
Gold, silver, bronze — and one for every swimmer
A gala hands out medals event by event: first, second and third in every stroke, distance and age group. A club gala with 40 events needs 120 podium medals, and at children's galas you add one for every swimmer on the entry list.

- 01
The event on the back
Stroke, distance and age group laser-engraved on the back: “100 m breaststroke · U12”.
- 02
A ribbon colour per age group
Parents find their child's group in the photos straight away.
- 03
A finish of their own for participants
Participation medals in a different finish keep the podium medals special.
Medals for every kind of swim
Club galas
Dozens of events in one afternoon — count podium places, not swimmers.
Children's galas and swim schools
Every child who swims their length goes home with something round and shiny.
Masters meets
Five-year age groups mean a lot of podiums, and masters swimmers take them just as seriously.
School championships
House colours on the ribbon, the school crest cast in the metal.
Open water swims
In a lake or the sea, everyone who makes it to the finish gets a medal, like at a fun run.
Sponsored swims
Lengths for a good cause. The cause and the number of lengths fit on the back.

Frequently asked questions
Medals or trophies for a swimming gala?
Usually medals for every podium place and a trophy for the best club or the swimmer of the meet. Medalior makes the medals; trophies come from a trophy supplier.
Can the medals get wet on the pool deck?
A splash is fine. Wipe the medal dry and don't leave it in a wet kit bag for days, because chlorinated water marks the plating over time.
One design for the whole season?
Yes. Keep the medal the same and change the ribbon or the engraving on the back for each gala, so the mould is paid once.
