Plan around 10 weeks with air freight or 14 weeks by sea, counted back from your event date. That covers the 3D design and your approval, the mould and sample, 12–15 days of production, quality control, delivery and a safety buffer.

Your logo, the event date and a rough quantity are enough. A sketch, the poster file or a colour reference helps, but none of it is required. We reply with an initial price range within 36 hours.

As many as it takes: revisions are free until you approve the design. Most designs are signed off about 5 working days after the first 3D design arrives.

Yes — you send your logo and event details, we send back a concept within 72 hours. No payment, no commitment; you decide after seeing it.

Your medals are made by specialist partner factories in China. You still order from Medalior: we manage the design, production, quality control and delivery from start to finish.

50% deposit on design approval, balance before shipping, by bank transfer with a full invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT (reverse charge).

Yes. Delivery to your address is free across Europe and included in the quoted price, so there are no surprise delivery charges when the order arrives.

Every schedule includes a built-in safety buffer, and we confirm the delivery date in writing before production. If a delay threatens your event, we upgrade your order to express delivery at our cost.

Yes — a pre-production sample of your actual medal ships by courier in about a week (sample and shipping cost apply, credited against your order). Photo and video approval is free.
