Is the 3D design really free?
Yes — you send your logo and event details, we send back a concept within 72 hours. No payment, no commitment; you decide after seeing it.
Where are the medals produced?
Designed in Europe, produced by audited partner factories in Asia — the same facilities behind most of Europe's race medals — with quality control before every shipment. That is how we deliver die-cast quality at these prices.
How does payment work?
50% deposit on design approval, balance before shipping, by bank transfer with a full invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT (reverse charge).
Who handles customs and import VAT?
We do. Your price is delivered-to-door within the EU — no customs paperwork, no surprise charges on arrival.
What if the medals arrive late?
Every schedule includes a built-in safety buffer, and we confirm a shipping date in writing before production. If a delay threatens your event, we upgrade to express freight at our cost.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering?
Yes — a pre-production sample of your actual medal ships by courier in about a week (sample and shipping cost apply, credited against your order). Photo and video approval is free.
