What we collect
When you request a quote we collect: your e-mail address, event type, event date, estimated quantity and any files or links you attach. We do not collect more than we need to prepare your quote.
Why and on what basis
We process this data to prepare and follow up on your quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract). If you later become a client, invoicing data is processed under legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
How long
Quote requests are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Accounting records follow statutory retention periods.
Who has access
Our hosting provider and e-mail/CRM tools acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing — write to [E-MAIL]. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
