Bespoke medals are made to your design in three techniques: die-cast 3D with sculpted relief, classic die-cast 2D with colour enamel, and laser-cut steel with full-colour UV print. Guide prices run from €1.65 to €6.80 per piece at 100–1,000 units depending on technique and quantity; every option starts at 50 pieces with a free design before you commit.

The right technique follows from your artwork. Depth and detail belong in 3D casting. Clean lines, crests and tournament sets suit 2D casting with enamel. Silhouettes, illustration and tight deadlines cut best from printed steel.
Everything else stays the same whichever you choose: a 3D concept before any commitment, a printed ribbon in the price, delivery to your door. The three pages below carry exact prices, minimums and lead times.
What else changes the price
Quantity moves the price most — that is what the table above shows. But a few things about the medal itself matter too, and they are worth knowing before you set a budget.
- Size.
A bigger medal means more metal. Most event medals are 60–80 mm, which is a sensible place to start.
- Thickness.
A thicker medal weighs more and sits differently in the hand. A thinner one costs less.
- Enamel colours.
Each colour is filled separately, so more colours means more work at the casting stage.
- Type of print.
With UV print the number of colours changes nothing — the full palette costs the same as one colour. What does change the price is raised print: we build it up to 0.75 mm so you can feel it under your finger.
- One side or two.
A second side means a second die and a second finish.
- Ribbon.
A ribbon printed with your design is included. Printing on both sides costs more.
