How we work

1. 01

   Brief

   You send your logo, event date and rough quantity. That's the whole brief — we ask the rest by e-mail within one working day.

2. 02

   Free 3D design

   Within 72 hours you receive a 3D concept of your medal with a price range. Revisions are free until it's right.

3. 03

   Approval & production

   You approve the final design and pay the 50% deposit — production starts only after that.

4. 04

   Delivery

   The finished medals arrive at your door. The balance is due before shipping.
